Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Items typically ship within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. If for any reason there is a delay in processing the order, I will reach out to see what can be done! If you have a specific deadline for a custom order, please reach out before placing the order to ensure that it can be completed in time for the occasion you are needing the products for. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office if the product has shipped and has not successfully arrived. If the item was delivered, I am unable to issue a refund for the merchandise. So please contact me as soon as a shipping issue arises and I will do what I can to make it right. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There will be no returns or exchanges allowed for any custom order. Due to the nature of allowing clients to choose what they want, and a proof is sent for any new designs created. I am unable to re-sell a custom order that was specifically created for an individual. If for any reason you need any modifications made to the order, they need to be discussed before the item is ready for shipping. 

 

If you have an issue with a product when receiving the order please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving/accepting your delivery. All tumblers, mugs, and glassware are recommended to hand wash only. Shirts can be cared by; wash and dry garments inside out, choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash, dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry.​
